No, this is a once of purchase. The platform is owned by Persona.
You can email sales@mypersona.co.za and they will arrange a replacement card at a fee of R499 excluding shipping
Log into your account from the Persona website. Enter your email and password used to set up your card. Your control panel will load, which allows you to change or edit any information.
Android devices β Ensure that your NFC is enabled in phone settings. iPhones β Ensure mobile data is turned on in your settings (NFC Requires Data) All cards have a QR code at the back so if a phone is not NFC compatible, you can share your information by scanning the QR code.
You are in control of all the information that you upload.
Persona is purely responsible for the hosting of the Persona platform.
